"Q-1500 type high-efficiency energy-saving" developed by Taian Xinquan Fine Chemical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shandong Province, developed by the key project of bio-paper pulping production equipment---10 tons of sugarcane bagasse for daily production and complete equipment for sugarcane bagasse bleaching and pulping system The rapid pulping production line passed the test for more than two months in a paper company in Shandong, and all the indicators met the design requirements. Experts believe that it is the first production line in China that uses bagasse, adopts catalase, once formed into pulp, and has a pulp whiteness higher than 75 degrees to produce cultural paper. Its production capacity and technological level are all in China. The steaming ball is a major challenge for pulping.

Experts believe that the Q-1500 high-efficiency energy-saving rapid pulping production line developed by Tai'an Xinquan Fine Chemical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has advanced equipment, reasonable process, perfect configuration, stable production line, and the pulp produced fully meets the quality index of cultural paper. It has higher yield than steamed ball and long fiber, saving 10% slurry. Paper grades such as cultural papers with high technical requirements are a breakthrough in steam ball pulping technology.

It is understood that Q-1500 high-efficiency energy-saving rapid pulping production line uses catalase as the main auxiliary agent. After the bagasse is put into the plant, it quickly reacts with lignin degradation. The chlorine-free oxygen bleaching agent quickly makes the pulp whiteness reach 75 degrees or more. It can be made into high-white pulp in hours, and all physical indexes meet or exceed steamed pellets. The production line utilizes space in the process design, and the equipment installation is simple, compact and practical, reducing the floor space and saving the civil engineering and equipment expenses. The overall investment per ton of pulp is 80% less than the conventional one.
