Comparison between biological pulping and alkaline pulping

release time:2019-6-1 16:42:08category:NewsViews:

A. The lignin between the pulp fibers is degraded and modified under the action of biological enzymes, and the lignin in the steamed ball pulp is subjected to stripping reaction and dissolution under high temperature and high pressure.

B. The crude slurry of the biological pulp is white, the viscosity of the pulp is low, the washing is easy, the fiber length is long, the pulp yield is high, the pulping brightness is good, and the steaming ball slurry is fine and not standing, the fiber is short, and the pulping rate is low.

C. Because of the long fiber length of bio-slurry, it is not advisable to use conventional refining equipment. The processing equipment should use special equipment as much as possible.

D. The biological pulping is simple, the equipment investment is small, the investment of 10,000 tons of pulp is only 50-100 million yuan, and the same output steamed ball pulp needs to invest 5-15 million yuan, which is 10 times that of the biological pulp.

E. The bio-pulp fibers are good. Because of the high pressure and high temperature, the sections, leaves and ears of wheat straw which are considered impossible to be pulped are also retained as fine fibers, which is 10-30% higher than steam ball pulping.

F. The low COD of biopulping is white and treated for a long time after simple treatment. The similar treatment cost of pulp water and steamed pellet slurry is very low, which saves groundwater source.
