Bio-bleaching slurry optimization process

Brief description of the process:

After the grass is removed, the straw is put into the pulper. After one hour or so, the white pulp with a whiteness of 75° or more can be obtained. After the slurry is removed, the impurities are removed by filtration, and the fine pulp is diluted with water and then subjected to high concentration grinding. After the pulp is then dehydrated, decontaminated, refined, and desilted, the paper quality index can be achieved.

Features of this technology:

The technical process in the pulping process does not produce black liquor due to the complete equipment of the wheat straw biological bleaching pulping system, which fundamentally solves the black liquor pollution problem, and the biological solution of the soaked wheat straw can be reused for a long time, and the pulping water only needs to be used. After flocculation and sedimentation by adjusting the pH value and air floatation method, the emission and reuse standards can be achieved. The whole pulping process has neither black liquor discharge nor less investment, and the effect is quick. Generally, the paper pulping enterprise can recover the production with slight modification. It is especially suitable for papermaking enterprises, and is produced by wheat straw, asparagus, bamboo and so on.
